The site had previously approved planning consent for 8 compact residential units. Samson Space were instructed to improve upon the scheme to which planning consent for 9 duplex and open plan units were obtained by redesigning the building completely. A large ground floor commercial unit also contributed to the major improvement in footprint, design and resulting GDV.
