Several feasibilities for the site had been carried out by other local and central London Architectural practices. The scale of the development was assumed to deliver 14-17 residential units. Samson Space were then asked to explore and develop the appraisal and obtained planning consent for 24 residential units. The gross development value was immensely higher than originally assumed as a result.
