Approved Planning for 9 High end residential units and a ground floor, street fronting commercial unit. The scheme was a re design of an approved scheme for 8 Smaller, 1 and 2 bedroom flats. Samson Space adopted the key principles and improved the scheme to add £2,300,00 to the development GDV as well as enhancing the quality of every new home. The design makes use of bespoke brickwork and Zin cladding over a hybrid, mansard green roof.
