A 24 unit scheme in the affluent area of Croydon, Addiscombe. The scheme proposes a 4 storey high end residentially lead scheme and describes a contemporary building with strong elements of the prominent traditional features that reside in the immediate context of the site. A traditional brick with a contemporary form allows a prominent corner to be addressed tying in both the main street and adjoining residential road.
