The site had approved planning for 8 residential units and 1 retail unit. Whilst preparing the tender package for construction Samson Space obtained planning for 9 residential units with the rear portion of the development being transformed from 1 unit to 3 dwelling houses. The scheme redesign involved working closely with the planning authority to allow for a smooth application process.
