Overview

A 24 unit scheme in the affluent area of Croydon, Addiscombe. The scheme proposes a 4 storey high end residentially led scheme and describes a contemporary building with strong elements of the prominent traditional features that reside in the immediate context of the site. A traditional brick with a contemporary form allows a prominent corner to be addressed tying in both the main street and adjoining residential road. The scheme is currently being developed in its early stages for planning with regular and informative discussions with the Local Planning Authority.
