Overview

Samson Space achieved planning permission for a spacious and contemporary new flat in an upward extension to the host property. The mansard roof design thoughtfully minimises the visual presence of the new flat, helping to maintain the integrity of a streetscene characterised by two-storey dwellings with tiled roofs. The new flat provides a generous living room and two large bedrooms, one of which is ensuite. All spaces were designed to prioritise being bright and well-ventilated for optimum user comfort and wellbeing.
