Overview

A vacant North London site with an extant permission for a single dwelling had remained undeveloped due to viability issues. Samson Space was instructed to unlock the site's potential by exploring a higher-density residential scheme. Through a planning-led approach, we successfully secured consent for six self-contained apartments, creating a viable development opportunity where the previous proposal had stalled. Following planning approval, the site was sold to a new developer who went on to deliver the project independently.
