Overview

This proposal for a community building and new flats features a characterful façade, adding to the varied streetscene along Romford Road. The filigree Islamic pattern applied to the façade will form a high quality, contemporary feature, identifying the building as public facing and welcoming, whilst creating beautiful shadow effects on the interior from sunlight passing through. A high quality entrance lobby on the ground floor will lead to spacious and contemporary flats on the upper floors.
