Samson Space gained planning approval for a bold airspace development at this prominent site, situated on a major junction on Eastern Avenue. Each apartment was designed around living spaces with balconies which make the most of the long range views available in all directions. Visually, the contrast between the existing and the new development above helps to maintain the integrity of the historic building. A rooftop garden allows residents the luxury of additional outdoor space.
