Overview

This development of 20 new flats is a product of careful site analysis leading to a contextual design aimed at respecting and enhancing the sense of place in its location. The design is born of a study of the forms, colours and materials of the neighbouring heritage building, and a nearby Grade 2 listed school, which are important features in the setting. It also forms a dialogue with the more recent development across the road and the surrounding terraced houses, helping to reinforce the character of this particular setting.
